Who is responsible for your data
Zacatrus is the data controller for the personal data you submit through the contact forms on this site (games.zacatrus.com). For any privacy question, write to export@zacatrus.es.
What we collect
When you submit a contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, company or publisher, email, country, area of interest, the game you're asking about, your message, and the page you sent it from. We do not use cookies or trackers on this site.
Why we process it
We use this data only to answer your enquiry about licensing, distribution or press for a Zacatrus game — the legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who sees it
Submissions are sent to Zacatrus's export team at export@zacatrus.es and handled like any other business enquiry. We don't sell or share your data with third parties outside Zacatrus.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only for as long as needed to manage your enquiry and, where a business relationship follows, for as long as that relationship is active.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to export@zacatrus.es.
